I’m not trying to be a jerk and I’m not an officer. Likely he would be arrested/detained but not charged. Police would review the evidence and release him from their custody. 2	Asked a girl on a date No, problem. Practice a lot. You probably have many different classes and each class holds the same opportunity. Getting someones number is easy depending on how you phrase it. "Can I get your number for homework help" is way different than "I think you're cute can I have your number". You will most likely get her number with the class related one, but if you do not want to stay there make sure you escalate quickly (within a week or two or 3-5 meetings) by asking for coffee. 5	Asked a girl on a date In my opinion you should move on from this girl to another girl so my advice is on future approaches. You did great when you got her number and you're able to talk to her outside of class. Keep that up. Jumping to a weekend hangout/date maybe to far for her. What I usually do is immediately after class ask her to do something right then and there. If its around noon ask her to grab lunch (don't pay), and if it is earlier ask to grab coffee. "The Game" is a great glossary of what and where the field came from and is not a difficult read.
