1	A good workout regimen for a gym rookie? Way to go hitting the weights! My wife (a national physique competitor) and I are very fit, and I will add that the most ignored aspect to a weight training / getting fit program is: WATER. Drink water. 1	Need advice on how to maintain frame after disagreement Yes, that is true - ultimately you need to hold your frame - I would not have let on that anything about the situation made OP uncomfortable. Take the woman out of the equation altogether. Either don't go, or go, and own the nude beach.
