Having gone to school in a VERY conservative part of FL in the backwoods country with a county school board that was borderline fanatical conservative, I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that it has ZERO effect on the teaching of the classroom. While mostly targeting boys, this is part of a large, anti-second amendment crusade. Eric Holder spoke at a conference saying that we needed to brainwash children into fearing and hating guns just like we did with cigarettes.
