Just a note, this isn't Google's fault. When you define something through Google it parses the top links for that term. It just so happens that the site it uses to parse said definition phrased it as such.

I don't understand the medical argument. By that logic wisdom teeth*, tonsils, appendixes, etc. should all be removed at birth. *Not too sure if they're present in the lower jaw, but still.
