That’s a good point. I’m in the habit of finding girls that meet my minimum standards because my game is lackluster. But it can be counterintuitive if they don’t turn you on, since really wanting to fuck them seems create attraction for them.

It wasn't permanent for me. I took one 7-month course when I was 14 and one 5-month course last year when I was 21. It clears it forever for some lucky people. All you can do is try it out.

Cognitive dissonance is my biggest issue when staying on a cut. I will lie to myself just long enough to get those last 500 extra calories in for the day and ruin my deficit. I think the biggest thing that helped me succeed daily is tracking every calorie BEFORE I put it in my mouth, helps me hold myself more accountable.
