3	Virginia man serves four years in prison for a false rape conviction, is found to be innocent and released, still remains on sex offender list and is on probation I was almost on the jury of a rape case once. The prosecutor was very specific that the law states that you only need to believe the accusation "beyond a shadow of a doubt" to convict in California. For example my wife is gorgeous (8 at least) by my (and US) standards but is average/below average by Japanese standards (they tend to discount darker skin colors etc). 0	Moving to Tokyo, any tips? I Second this... I've been to Gaspanic. Unless you are looking for Dudes I'd go elsewhere. That said the downstairs pay to enter bar might be ok.
