I hope you see the simile here. The is a perfect reflection of AF/BB behavior with gender reversals. Your girl is the Beta Bucks. You stick around because she provides, but you're a BPD widower.

Play your role in whichever capacity you're talking about. If it's at work, do your job, if it's in class, learn your material. You're going to encounter incompetent people of all varieties, and occasionally, you're going to be the one at fault. Use tact when addressing people and whatever situation needs to be resolved. Being straight with somebody doesn't mean you have to be a assertive, or aggressive. White Knights with authority may pander to the women, but unless they're harassing you about…

Read the side bar. Lift. Eat for nutrition, not for pleasure. Talk to everyone who interests you. Learn to understand that what other people think of you is none of your fucking business, and that even if it was, it doesn't matter. This is your life.

You don't want to spend any time hamstering why you should or shouldn't approach, this just builds anxiety. See somebody interesting, approach them, introduce yourself, allow them to introduce themselves, follow up by using their name immediately. "Pleasure to meet you Sarah." Don't forget to smile and breathe. If there is something you can remark about the situation, or environment, do so. "This place makes the best Chicken Kiev!" or "I'm new to the area, what are some interesting things to do …

Bringing up her previous relationships is petty. They have no bearing on anything you're doing. There's a trick with the English language. Nearly every time somebody says "but" what they are communicating is that everything before but is meaningless, and everything after but is what is important to them.

I've been viewing frame as my dedication to my own will. Bringing others into my frame makes them susceptible to my will. Leaving my frame means that somebody else's will is now influencing me. It isn't necessarily about making everybody around you do what you want, though this will often happen, and subtly. It also keeps you from doing things that aren't in line with your mission and goals.

As a long time lurker you should have experienced this in the sidebar. Start today. That's where the fundamentals can be found, and learned.

She's not your girl. It's just your turn. 2 days, 2 months, 2 years, you need to be ready to let go at any time.

I'd recommend somebody you have access to. A boss, coworker, uncle, or guy that shares a hobby with you. Pick somebody that is killing it. You know what life is like through the red lens, find somebody else who does, and learn from them. Skip the language, and just look for the ideas. Look for a person who is merciless in their drive to succeed in everything they do. Look for somebody who lifts, and takes care of their body, if you don't have that piece yet, you should be getting back to fundame…

Seems like a lot of responders are newly red. At its core rp is about approval. It's playing the game by the real rules so that others approve of you and want you. Nobody got rich or laid without somebody's approval somewhere.

There's more to the red pill than just The Rational Male, read everything in the sidebar. There is no shortcut to being alpha. It's hard work, mastery of yourself, and your environment. Lift, eat right, read, engage people, find something to be passionate about, learn a skill that makes money. Let go of video games, and antisocial behaviors, get out in the world and start experiencing it for what it is. Find a mentor. Increase your self esteem. Fuck pretty girls. Don't take bullshit. Maintain yo…

I oversee group homes for adults with disabilities. More than anything, understanding and maintaining frame has been the most effective device in my career. I deal with a lot of various problems ranging from consumers being in crisis due to hallucinations, to staff having questions about why they were taxed so much for the extra 24 hours they took on this pay period. I know that every problem I face has a solution or an end, and I never lose frame. I start by asserting the simplest solution to w…

It means that I used to see at 20 feet what other people could see at 275 feet, or 300 feet. Now I can see at 20 feet what other people see at 15 feet.

Swallowing The Red Pill is accepting that you have been living in a world of lies. It is accepting what is actually happening in the world. It is letting go of the fairy tale. The difference between the Red Pill and the Blue Pill is the difference between knowing and believing. "For as hard as it is to accept, it is our relationship with reality and the world around us, 'as it is', that is arguably the most important relationship we will ever have." - /u/ghostilluminati

For as hard as it is to accept, it is our relationship with reality and the world around us, 'as it is', that is arguably the most important relationship we will ever have. It's small gems like these that I come here for. The things we're finding and deducing in our experience of living life after the red pill.

Seems like you're forgetting about the agree and amplify tactic. "Johnny D's new commercial has me wet." Should be met with something like "Good, one less step for me to make you spray. You're getting the wet spot tonight."

I'm coming from the experience and observation of an army of single mothers raising young boys, alienating the fathers, and the idea that maybe a single father could be more successful.
