90% of the time I wear make up its at home, when I dont expect to be seen, just cause I like to play around with it. The other 10% are halloween or when gran insists (typically for family gatherings). I do not wear makeup in day to day life. Is it still silliness to say girls may wear make up for their own sake?

I wouldnt think its a diffrence in what they have acces to as much as what they choose to use. Otherwise, wouldnt most suicides be by knife, no matter the gender, as most people have access to kitchen knifes?

So, if one person is racist, theyre free to do so but their company is free to fire them. But if a company chooses to employ racists the public isnt free to choose to boycot the company? One person can face consequences, but a company cant? Cause thats how I understand what youre saying.

I called out my english teacher for that too, tho would have called other teachers out on it if Id noticed them doing it. We had an oral exam which was basically "sit in your assigned groups and talk for 30 minutes as if just hanging out/the teacher wasnt there". Instead of actually answering what I said... atleast Im trying to communicate how I understand what you are saying, if you dissagree, I am giving examples of things you say that makes it sound like that, so why not try another angle and explain yourself instead of saying the same thing over and over in the same way and getting frustrated when my perception of what you are saying doesnt change.

Two wrongs dont make a right. Im not for going on a man hiering spree anymore than I am anyone goung on a woman hiering spree. I think personalities should be the relevant thing to go on for a well rounded workplace since gender, or race, or sexuality, or any other minorotithing thats not actually related to your personality, does not indicate in the least what kind of person you are and what you will bring to the workplace. Id rather work with competent people, no matter the gender or other possible minoroty group. From my expeience its when you mix minorities just for the sake of diversity that things stop working. Tho the demand for specifically a female worker should not happen at all since your gender is not going to make you a better or worse worker.
