1	Looking for lifting advice. How much are you spending on Chicken and the other items? Every week I spend around $8-10 on Chicken Breast+Vegetables that makes enough for 7 meals. Tuna is also a good source of protein and pretty cheap which I might eat for another meal. I also eat other snacks throughout the day like nuts and greek yogurt, but I can spend a little more. 1	Getting back up after humiliating myself Well that might work, but what if they ask for drug test and OP ingested something he is not prescribed? But OP, i think you already know, Ambien will do that to you. I also was prescribed before and abused it before. Some reason, I always ate a ton of food when i took it for recreation. Just use this internship as experience for another job when you graduate. Think of it as a positive thing if they don't let you go for this.
