Because honestly she's not a threat to him. The teacher should have at least said something but when she was getting physical it was clear she wouldn't be able to hurt the guy to much. Once the guy got angry and started to retaliate they knew the girl could be seriously hurt. It sucks and the whole situation is wrong. But that's what I saw happening. Again. I'm not saying what happened is the right course of action. Just stating what I think was going through peoples heads.

I've never seen an episode of QI and thought about the number of males and females. I don't think they bring on lady comedians because they have to. There are a bunch of funny ladies. It's just that there are a lot less of them.

A harmless toilet paper prank does not aren't a beating of that nature. The man was not justified in using the amount of force he used. Seems to me he has anger issues and she was unlucky to start with him. Edit: this would be wrong if it was a guy that got beat up.

There doesn't seem to be any evidence that she is using her "pussy" to get away with a lesser charge. This is just reddit going after a female that they think for away with something a man wouldn't have. There is no way of knowing that a man would have faced stricter charges. With that being said, she's a nasty hag that deserves to be charged with more than just a misdemeanor. Killing a protected bird should be a big deal.

This is the thing I like about Judge Judy. She will be very fair with you, until you lie to her. You think she's stupid? Have you not seen the show?! With such a blatant lie I think the Ms.Judy took it personally. Basically the lady called her an idiot by thinking she would fall for it.
