I think it depends on your starting point. Your genetics But I would say 3+ years minimum Staying on point with diet. Building muscle is key Getting body fat percentage low

Depends on what ur ultimate goals are Reading ur post. I think you are a little to tight on things. If you are looking to compete. Then that “may” be needed. But if u are just wanting to look good in daily life. Then I thing I would relax a bit and understand how and what to eat to get the results you want. Feel free to look at my post history. I get strict on my calories over spring and summer. But I still eat out. I just watch my calories I also don’t drink. Never had alcohol in my life. No de…

Well you can cut how you like. Just in my opinion you are setting yourself up for failure going that low. If you are serious about doing this. Then take the time and effort to get your nutrition right. It affects all aspects of your life. Not just in the gym only. Regarding the workout. You kinda stated it yourself. Ok. My first big recommendation to you is this....until you have your thyroid tested and confirmed, that is a nonfactor at this point, so get it out of your head until it confirmed. 1) Get a food scale 2) Use an app to track your food intake, I use My Fitness Pal 3) Don't really care what a phone tells you that you burn, you are going to know once you actually start tracking your calories consistently and you can see how your body responds. I would still say that you do 2500 for about 2 weeks, s…

Hey man, I will write out my thoughts, follow or ignore them if you wish. My first thought is your current calorie/macro numbers are too low....you are gonna crash and binge. I am 41 years old, and 6'1"....I am around 3000-3200 calories to maintain what I have...and I know I have considerably more muscle mass than you, but even still, 1400 calories/day is WAY TOO LOW. Your mindset, should be to eat as many calories as you can, while still losing weight...you don't want to try and drop 10 lbs in …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
