If you were paying attention to the reports, people were requesting to be lenient to the rapists because they had a strong potential as atheletes, and because the girl was drunk. 2	Questions from a feminist Op here. Not being able to reciprocate feelings and feeling horrible for it isnt a male exclusive problem. Male and female victims of domestic abuse often feel this way, which is what causes them to stay with the abuser. I personally had a really poor relationship in which this was the case. Men are often dismissed quickly by feminists, although for arguably understandable reasons due to men tending to have more power than women. 4	A Serious Question Regarding the Purpose of Feminism The goal of feminism is to create a society where all women are treated equally to men. Feminism is NOT about female superiority, and the goal is not to abuse men. Even in first world countries where women are relatively empowered, there is still a wage gap. -1	The first part of this happens daily in Indian buses. I can't say the same about second part. Has anyone considered the fact that women are so used to being harassed on public transportation that they are likely to be paranoid and fight back if startled?
