The only problems are reversible and specific. Once the deed is done, it can’t be undone(that means that sex you regret isn’t rape). And, for specific, as an example, consenting to sex is consenting to the risk of pregnancy. Now you can use birth control methods and safe sex methods to lessen that risk, but it’s always there

Just because it’s legal doesn’t mean you should do it. For instance: it’s legal to pick up and eat moldy food off the ground, does that mean you should do it? It’s legal to shout at people at the gym, does that mean you should do it? It’s legal to call a random child an asshole, does that mean you should do it? Gender and sex are synonymous. If your sex is male, your gender is male. You cannot choose. You suffer from gender dysphoria, and being content with that is a very dangerous thing to do.
