My ex wife tried to accuse me of sexual abuse and ran away against court orders, zero clue where she is. Cops won’t do anything, courts don’t seem to be able to either. It’s literally just a piece of paper if the other person doesn’t want to follow it. I haven’t seen my daughter in 265 days now. 70k in lawyer bills later. I need help.

Go hard and don’t give up, the truth will prevail. Divorce was finalized in November, since then my ex wife has manufactured 4 sexual abuse of child allegations all false, filed 2 protection orders (both denied), and even told the judge in the protection order hearing that she refuses to follow any court orders(on record). Going through this now. Divorce was final 16 days ago with 50/50 and now my ex wife filed a TRO for sexual abuse and motion to change the custody order. We have court Tuesday, I am so tired.
