No, you can't. Hit the gym and go on a strict diet. Pretty much any standard weight guy can fuck you up and everyone knows it. Yeah, that may be true, but I feel like I'm fighting my own biology here. When I tried to shove that many calories in per day, what happened was that I felt like sleeping all the goddamn time. I couldn't study, couldn't really motivate myself to do anything. Just wanted to rest and sleep.
