So it depends on where in Canada you work, on the east coast it's $40,000-$50,000 starting out, but as you go further west (Alberta and BC especially) you make $60,000+. It depends on your job though, different places use forest technicians for different jobs because we are trained in a wide variety of areas. Data collection for trees, data collection for animals (populations and whatnot), conservation, scaling wood that gets turned into lumber, many other things, it just depends what area you'r…

I actually just went to a college that offered a forest technology course, I live up in Canada and my course was 2 years. It was really fun and we learned A LOT, our classes introduced us to many different aspects around forestry and opens your mind up so much! I really love it!

Not tryna pick this apart but that's actually a defect called "shake" where the age rings seperate and the tree rots so it wasn't a tree having a bad year the wood was just weak and separated 🤷 happens later in trees lives. Edit: I'm a forest technician and I do scaling regularly so we see this a lot!

That's why I never did it, because I heard it's painful and can cause a lot of issues. That's probably why they sell for so much. I'm really hard on money right now though so was thinking about selling mine.

Ooh boy, yeah I kinda hate needles haha. I don't think I could do the injection myself (I'm generally okay when it's a doctor). But I'm actually glad to hear it's not that bad and they put you under. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Yeah she is abusive to him but she also has the mindset of "I'm not obeying any man" which is the good thing about her. Some of the things she does to him I do not agree with and he is a decent guy but yeah

Rose had to put up with a lot of shit. There's another 90 day fiance show where people from the show (who didn't work out) watch their own episodes they were in and comment on it. Rose and Ed are obviously both on that show and Ed is STILL shitting on her and laughing at her. Rose now stands up for herself though lol her comments are hilarious. You also get to see how absolutely full of himself and cocky Ed is while he's commenting and watching himself 🙄

Yeah it was DISGUSTING and he completely shit all over her family and way of life when he went to her country. He also knew she wanted more kids when they first started talking but led her on so he could get in her pants, he never wanted kids with her.

Oh man I keep up with her on 90 day fiance and she takes NO SHIT from men. She is amazing and even after her fiance's family (and others) told her she had to serve/obey him she refused and argued every single time saying that she has never and will never "obey" a man. Although I do think with his attitude she should've left him already.

There was a lot of people in the r/nicegirls sub shitting on this sub after somebody in r/nicegirls posted about being happy this sub was shut down. The comments were ridiculous and just a bunch of LVM getting pissy. I enjoyed laughing at their small minded comments though, they really don't like being called out in this sub lmao
