Rich people dont like associating with poor people. I'm in real estate, happen to be rich, so my even richer clients can open up to me. One example would be talking about poor people. It's similar (but not the same) to how racists feel more comfortable talking to other racists.

"Howd it go? You bang her real good? Give her a good cream pie" I am hoping this is fiction, it is truly cringe worthy otherwise. OP, are you from Australia?

Too many variables to comment. If the 1 million is growing and how quickly it's growing, and if you live in a very LCOL then you might be able to, otherwise probably no. /r/financialindependence and /r/leanfire might be of interest to you.

There is a big difference between early retirement and 10-40 million.

Pretty much anyone with more than 1 or 2 million had a business of their own to some degree. Read the millionaire next door, it basically goes over what the typical millionaire looks like and how they became a millionaire.

Make sure you hand in the keys and give up the unit before the eviction court date. That may allow you to avoid getting an eviction on your record (as a landlord, I will never rent to a person with an eviction on their record).

Actually I got it from Felix Dennis, the exact quote is “You don’t understand. I was born to be driven.” Another of his I love is "If it flies, floats or fornicates, always rent it – it’s cheaper in the long run” Pretty awesome dude in my book.

Everyone starts somewhere, others have spoken to skills, I'll speak to the financial side. I started out working in tech, still do but from home. Save everything you can, max out your 401k when you get a job if you can afford it, save for a downpayment and buy a multifamily building (and then another, then another...etc), basically build multiple streams of income, dont take the urge to buy and spend all of your money. The masses do that and end up in debt, stuck in one job, with one income stre…

Go to social groups for professionals, all major cities have multiple meets up for all different things even general. Put yourself where are other successful people are. If you go hang out at a sports or college bar, instead hang out at a upmarket steak house bar, or a major hotels bar. You will learn a lot about life and business there.

I max out my 401k each year. The rest goes into paying down debt that I have on mortgages and related to property, and acquiring new property. I have in the past been adding 1-2 multifamily buildings per year to my portfolio.

This is true. I think as men we need to have multiple aspects of our lives in check, part of it is financial, but it's also about having some meaning and having achieved something as well.

I'm at around 275k a year. It in of itself doesnt make you happy, but it makes life easier, a lot easier. If you want to do something in your life, money allows that or makes it easier to do. That being said if you're a sad unhappy person, adding a bunch of money isnt likely to change that.

OP himself said "AWALT dont get married" and not once did he mention in his text he was married. He may just be looking to see if there is any loopholes and considering getting married to a girl. You're making as many assumptions as I am.

I do believe you should do a PO box and rental agreement as I was just lucky in this situation, the cop was cool asked my then gf to leave and she did. He advised since she had received mail there she had status and he couldnt physically remove her. With that said I have not heard of any defacto common law marriages in the US, can you site your source?
/r/TheRedPill26/09/15 07:15 AM

This doesnt really exist anymore, at least not in the states. Research it, you'll see most states dont recognize that, and beyond that you have to not only live like you're married, but actually present to the world that you're married, ie wedding rings, referring to yourselves and husband and wife..etc See: http://usmarriagelaws.com/search/united_states/common_law_marriage/

Works for some people. To be honest if you're not naturally like that, trying to become that way will likely make you unhappy. I was involved in the sex industry for a while, and made a lot of money basically selling sex, that didnt make me happy. Some guys can do it and remain a solid mindset.

Yes, I've been lucky financially and in business, as I said in my other comment that's because how I treat people. I make sure I offer above and beyond services, and expect to be financially rewarded as such.

You're right, once again one reason why I wouldnt invest in that business besides the fact the places to eat tend to fail at a pretty high clip. I think you're missing my point, if you want to be treated with respect then treat others with respect. If you want to make money and be successful, dont be afraid of spending a little money and not screwing everyone over. Dont misunderstand me, I am not saying pay for a girls drinks or dinner, I am saying in the general world the way you treat people w…

Unless I do it outright because she is a female, gay, whatever other PC bullshit, it'd be hard to prove discrimination especially if I have numerous other women I allow to eat there. That being said, that's why I wouldnt want to be in a business directly dealing with the general public. I work with professionals and business owners, who dont have the cheap mindset. They understand money and what happens if you stiff people.

I'm not saying it's a TRP thing or not. I'm telling you from my experience in life, there are very few people in life who are successful and cheap. Shitting on someone who is far below me financially doesnt make my life better and doesnt make me feel good. If doing that makes you happy, more luck to you.

I dont work in a restaurant, and a business owner can do almost anything they want. If I owned a restaurant and someone was cheap like that I'd probably ban them from the restaurant . Cheap people tend to be demanding and complain about the smallest things, much easier to deal with people who have money and dont mind paying for a decent service. Look up the 80/20 rule, in relation to business it's easier to fire the 20 percent of shitty customers and keep the top 80 percent of worthwhile custome…

No, I'd fire a customer that was more effort than they're worth or who was cheap or couldnt afford to pay for the services I provide them.

Ok, perhaps you're right, either way it's a basic expectation to tip. Do you think that others should pay for everything in your lifestyle or just this one thing?
/r/askTRP25/09/15 10:41 PM
1

Some hours they make 25, and others they may make 7. Point is if you're too poor to tip go somewhere like mcdonalds. Otherwise you're basically asking for a hand out from everyone who does tip and you're basically a jerk.

Living in Canada mightve been something important to mention. I dont think anyone has an money there so fair enough.

What sort of asshole are you? If you cant tip then go to mcdonalds or eat at home. Depending on the state these people may make as little as 2 bucks an hour and change based on the fact that they get tips.

Of course there are lots of reasons leave. Most leave due to tax reasons or because they dont want to have to file US tax returns when living overseas. There are a lot of articles about it.
/r/askTRP21/09/15 10:44 PM

A lot of states the legal age is 16, in fact there are significantly more states where the legal age is 16-17 rather than 18. The biggest reason people are giving up US citizenship is due to US taxes and having to file US tax returns (even if you dont owe anything in the US).

I think the point is that you shouldnt put pussy on a pedestal or make your entire life about sex. I dont think anyone on here will saying fucking a bunch of hot girls is a bad thing, but you should have more to your life and not let pussy control you.

The solution I would think would work out best for everyone is if you simply wire the money to me. This method is proven to get you all the girls, super models included. PM me for my routing number and account number.

Spend more time around hotter girls. Have options / create options. The more you have available the less you need that one particular girl.
/r/askTRP02/09/15 07:42 AM

It doesnt mean you cant appreciate a hot girl, it just means you wont fall over yourself when you meet one.
/r/askTRP02/09/15 04:18 AM

Been there. Desensitize yourself to that as much as possible. If she had interest, that could well have blew it for you.
/r/askTRP02/09/15 04:14 AM

Dime a dozen. You need a mindset that you are the prize. Some effort is okay, but you also dont want to make her feel like you're too invested, especially not early on.
/r/askTRP02/09/15 04:10 AM
1

Many fish in the sea. Why invest so much into one girl? Sometimes it's something you did or didnt do, sometimes it's just not there, but why bother to spend too much time when there is another girl right next to her.
/r/askTRP02/09/15 04:04 AM

Right. It's bs that she lied about being the first, my concern would be that he wont believe you and would believe her.
/r/askTRP02/09/15 02:12 AM

I am guessing you've told him your thoughts previously and he ignored you? I'll let my friends know my thoughts initially, if they ignore it then I'll let it go and they can figure it out for themselves.

Drugs and alcohol can be used to mask issues. Sounds like you are finally addressing them now you have a clear mind, it might seem like the more difficult route, but in the long run it'll be a lot more beneficial. A real man addresses his problems head on, and dont doubt yourself when you're addressing those issues. They will make you a better man in the long run even if it doesnt feel like it now.
/r/askTRP04/02/15 02:51 AM
