It’s actually good to shame people who you know, force a kiss on someone else ? And yeah, considering that he is 1) generally disliked already for lots of things 2) forced a kiss on someone that works for him it’s good actually to sack him. Also, to the final bit, is your argument really “well it’s unfair that we men get treated badly and hence we should do the same “.
