2	False restraining order and vindictive Mine was the same case. She was super pissed off because I didn’t talk to her Parents (I never liked them anyways). They got together and schemed to file a false case in India while I was in usa and harassed my Parents. I ended up divorcing but never got apologies from her for what she did. Went to India and filed a threat case against me and I had to give up my son as I couldn’t keep traveling between India and USA. Made it hard for me to retain my house as well.
