She was his TEACHER not his Prison Guard, not his Kidnapper. Nonsense. From these facts alone you can not logically draw only your conclusion. There are many 17 year olds who are more emotionally powerful than adults. Without some "status inequailty" none of us would be here. To add some "ethical" component to sex is fine but to criminalize such niceities is neither realistic nor desireable.

Oh come on. 17 is hardly a baby. I honestly don't see why it's illegal. It certainly isn't illegal in most states in the US nor in most nations. What a weird country we're turning into?
