In Arabic, Irish, Norwegian, and Scottish Gaelic it's masculine. Other than that, I can't find any examples.

-edit- from what I've read, it never said what age group he taught. Since it's an actual separate Biology class, I doubt they could've been younger than Middle School-age.

That is very clearly sarcasm.

The one on the bottom left always reminds me of Sagan for some reason.

Props to McCulloch for not only detecting the lie, but determining the exact source of the lie.

It shouldn't even matter how much scrutiny your under. If you fuck up, you fucked up. "It's not fair that I can't get away with lying"... oh boo-hoo. Go fuck yourself.

Blind liars can lie. Mute liars, on the other hand...

"What are you talking about? Pedophilia? No, that boy raped that woman. He was 7? Doesn't matter; has a penis, therefore rape."

"Obviously this girl felt scared and that's all that really mattered" I almost thought it was sarcasm. It just seemed so strawman-y.

I was wondering why a few days ago there was that article about numbers dropping rapidly on twitter...

I'm using uBlock origin and I can see it fine, you may want to try that if you're still having issues.

Every time I see this, I've always wanted to say the guy on the bottom left looks like Sagan. He looks like that, right? RIGHT?!

Student Emily Temple-Wood discovered one of the most well-known instances of sexism on Wikipedia, identifying more than 4,000 female scientists - including fellows of the Royal Society - who did not have a page on the site, while obscure male scientists had dozens of paragraphs written about them. The time you spent checking for 4,000 missing scientists could have easily been spent creating pages for a good portion of them, even if they were only stubs...

It could be possible that he teaches English as a foreign language, instead of standard grammar/literature, although he should still know better either way.

Solution: Use them if you want and cry transphobia if someone complains.

In that case, may they have many "victories".

Honestly, that's probably what I would have done. People complaining that minions are sexist because none are women? "Nonono, you see, their not being women is actually good for you, because they all act stupid. Of course no true woman could possibly be stupid. That's why I made them all men. So if anything, it's a compliment."

Hey, if this is what it takes to get it changed, I'd let people call it whatever the hell they want.

A substantial amount, surprisingly. They were able to pay child support and everyone lived happily ever after!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
