Nah, this was like 5 years ago. Don't even talk to her anymore. And she never got mad at me, because I'm a respectful person. I never got mad at her because I knew I was right. And I even posted an "I Toldya So" type thing on her other status a week later. I don't lose my temper or get mad. Idgaf.

Literally had a near exact same situation with a similarly aged female friend. I told her "Maybe there's some other factor of the men you seek out that's causing this?" She repeatedly argued with me without end how "Men needed to fix themselves" and how she wasn't the problem. I told her that literally none of my male friends pull shit like this nor any of the men I've dated because of the kind of person I attract. Then we had an argument about "Not all men" because I found her using the word me…

I'm sure the comments are fucking ridiculous, but I actually found the post itself pretty funny with a semblance of truth in it.

What would be the point? Why not just be close friends or roommates, or maybe an open relationship?

Their issue is just the fact that women don't find them attractive or that they're just not very charming. They need to work on becoming more appealing through exercise and dressing, while improving social skills. Waiting for signals won't do shit for anyone, because women don't often send signals, even for guys they're into, and if they do, who knows if it's a signal or if they just like your shirt or are being polite or whatever else? Men are better off making the attempt and being rejected or…

I'm telling you it's not that simple. Women don't give out signals like that, especially not to strangers. Women, for the most part, want to br approached by guys they find attractive. I don't hit on women in public. I used to get numbers and chat up people all the time (Pre-MeToo) but I never got a "signal", even when the women admitted they found me attractive from the get-go. The OP's assessment would be decent if women actually gave signs.

And so when I approach them after that, they can complain to me about "God, why does every guy try to hit on me when I smile at them? I'm just being friendly." OR "Jesus Christ, there was just a draft in the room, you creep". Thanks. Got it. Do you want women to constantly worry about not being able to smile over the threat of being approached or hit on accidentally?

What do you consider a signal for approaching?

I pursued a woman in college. She was online and had a boyfriend she was looking to cheat on. I messaged her and instead of having sex with her like she wanted, I spent the night coaching her on relationship skills and how to fix the relationship (Out of honour. I really wanted to fuck her). I asked her if she would like to be just friends instead (because through talking that night, I learned we had a TON in common and got along well). She said no. I respected her and stopped contacting her. I …

I get this same thing when talking to women who "love metal". I'll ask "Great! What's your favorite metal band?" and they say either 1. "idk" 2. "Linkin Park (or some other hand that isn't metal)" 3. "I don't have a favorite" When I ask them if they can name a single metal band after that, they can't. Like, if you don't like metal, just say so. I can jam to some Panic! At The Disco or Bruno Mars, but don't fucking lie to me and then get weirded out when I start blasting Between The Buried and Me…

Anyone accused of any crime goes to jail before they are convicted in a court of law. That's how law works. You sit in jail until you are convicted or proven innocent. Rape/sex laws are no different than other laws. The problem is almost entirely societal, not judicial. People falsely imprisoned for rape almost always 1. Actually had consensual sex with the person. 2. Are mistaken identity cases where the women was actually raped but by a different person. 3. Age or Mentally deficiency related. …
