Try a dopamine fast. No fast food, masturbation, alcohol, games, movies, tv shows, anime or everything else that is short-term enjoyment for like a week. When I was forced to attend a seminar I dopamine fasted for 5 days (because it was a waste of time and no fun activities were available) and I was excited to see my PC again.
