1	Realized I am Beta, Help Me Getting yourself out there might not be all that you need to do. You probably have a lot of social skills that are undeveloped and, IMO, you need to learn about them and find out how you can learn them. As far as the alpha/beta thing... that is a different ball game. Not necessarily a worse one to deal with, just a different one with different challenges... you should find a good shrink for that.
