They tell you it's a place where men become men, but in fact it's a place where women are treated as objects, like trophies for men to collect. I wouldn't be surprised if I find some post like "How to fuck your wife's sister and get away with it" and someone commenting "Fuck that bitch right in front of your wife, that cunt has no right to stop you from fucking her sister."
