Talking parents app stopping their free plan on 6/1/2026They're not easily granted, I'd go as far as to say they have a meeting once a month to find ways to deny them. They keep asking for forms that don't exist (such as an "updated" fee waiver from the court for a case that's been ongoing for several years) and their replies take around two weeks - asking for more forms (or the same ones that were sent last month). | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/05/26 03:16 PM

Accused of SAThey'll know if it's true or not after one exam and one interrogation, vindictive ex's play this card all the damn time. Problem is there's never any repercussions for wasting their time and one unpunished accusation tends to lead to another. | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/10/25 02:38 PM
| -5 | Ex is now homeless. Can I get full custody?Uh, if you had used the search bar you would have read that this scenario is posted every week by somebody looking for sole custody, thinking they have the upper hand, and then finding out the hard was that this is often not the case. Private investigator, give me a break..they all sound the same. So I'm going to say this because your technical skills are not doing so well: Sole custody is rarely given. Even dudes in prison have something. Where (and if) a person lives is not a weighted factor b… | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/10/25 03:51 PM |

My ex-wife went straight into dating appFake Post/Spam. This user has posted "My boyfriend is on dating apps" "33F - just figured out my 35M husband is on dating apps", both were removed. And now this. DoTheySwipe is a scam that charges $15 for a service that doesn't exist. | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/10/25 10:01 PM

1 Week Of Tinder…Too “Nice”… Not even once! They're always the ones who get caught doing the most vile shit. Speaking of which, where's the best place to find a bible? The dumpster of a prison. You know, if you ever have a girlfriend and she starts talking about how she would never do 'x' because she believes in jesus and whatever, that's your cue to get out of dodge. | /r/Divorce_Men | 22/06/25 06:31 PM
1 Week Of Tinder…Too “Nice”… Not even once! His opening line was literally a sexual comment with the stupid emojis, followed by 'don't talk to me if you're into one night stands', and sprinkled with some nonsense about religion that we're all fucking sick of. They all sound alike, he reeks of douche vibes. This is about himself and full of shit like "ENTP", "mindfulness", even dragged a family photo into it. And take off the damn sunglasses! | /r/Divorce_Men | 22/06/25 02:33 PM
I was abused. I didn’t realize it. Know that I know, sharing it sounds ridiculous & others seem to convey doubt.VAWA is a federal law, but it stands for "violence against women act". No protection for men. Obama only made it worse by creating groups like the "White House Council on Women and Girls". It took 10 years before it was disbanded, but then Biden restarted it with a new name, "The White House Gender Policy Council" and it has nothing to do with gender equality, just women. | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/06/25 01:35 PM

I was abused. I didn’t realize it. Know that I know, sharing it sounds ridiculous & others seem to convey doubt.I was abused by my ex, too. I saved enough medical records, texts and other evidence to file a lawsuit for IIED. The bar to win a case like that is really high, but I'm fairly confident. My psychiatrist (who I've been seeing for 2 1/2 years) agreed to testify in court...At 8am, no less. The short version is that she got pregnant and refused to let me have anything to do with co-parenting, going as far as refusing a DNA test and her family enabling her. The verbal and emotional abuse was awful, a… | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/06/25 01:16 PM

Still hurts, wth?Binge watch Emily's videos. She goes over the scenario of "wife left because she was bored" many, many times. It's called the 90/10 rule. Whatever you do, do not take her back. I repeat: Do not take her back. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/06/25 03:03 PM
New GF asking for too much?Dump her, she's a Klingon. | /r/Divorce_Men | 23/05/25 02:04 PM
Mediation is over…She is a corporate banker, I’m used to being told what to do by her. That's what I was looking for. She's a cutthroat business woman who works in an industry that sucks the blood out the country, chews people up, spits them the fuck out and won't take no for an answer. Taking advantage of a school teacher. That's why you feel like shit, you're being manipulated. Listen to your lawyer. | /r/Divorce_Men | 16/05/25 01:52 AM
My son’s mother is trying to ruin me.You want some unorthodox advice? Drop your lawyer. He's making your life worse and only profits from your misery. You both have split custody and she's going to do all this crap with or without him. Buy a cheap bodycam and wear it at all times. | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/05/25 07:17 PM
My son’s mother is trying to ruin me.I paid $7 for mine on aliexpress. They work. | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/05/25 07:15 PM
Is Alimony permanent? Not a lawyer but alimony is almost never for life anymore. The intended purpose is to use the money to go back to college and get on their feet. Example, Florida repealed lifetime in 2023. My grandfather was paying my grandmother for a very long time, more than 20 years (NJ), but he hired a lawyer because she wasn't using the money for anything meaningful and it went away. Says here that NJ made it so alimony can not exceed the length of marriage. So, it depends what state you're in. | /r/Divorce_Men | 23/04/25 07:48 PM
