I was obsessed with protein and creatine. Also lost like 80-90 lbs during that time too. I started out quite weak in terms of my strength too, I can’t even bench the bar right now and am 5’8” 165 lbs

Went to the gym for a year and a half and worked out for 30-45 minutes a day, gradually going from 5 to 20 lb weights over the course of about a year and a half… Zero gains. Never doing that again. Prefer doing cardio overall.

Looks are a pass/fail grade, but the more attractive the better. Your charisma and ability to tease her are more important than your looks. A 4-5/10 with amazing social game will do better than a 7-8/10 who has autistic social game.

Good news? I have a decent social circle and am getting better at basketball. Bad news? Tryouts for both are long past and when tryouts were around for both, I was a little too weak for both at the time. However, Intramural sports in college is good. I know I'll not be good enough for high level sports (at least not for a while), but hard work takes time. As for the social circle part, I am in a multitude of social circles at my school and I talk to pretty much everyone in school as well.
