If I ever find a lady and procced to have kids, I want to get married. Hopefully she won't be as crazy as some of the stories you hear on this subreddit, and hopefully we won't get divorced. Maybe it's because they want to have kids someday, and look for a male partner to start a family with. It could also be due to our instincts, which tells us to further our race as humans and make more humans. When you hear that someone cannnot reproduce you get thrown a bit off.
