Cops are punks. A woman with her hands tied and no shoes on kicked him in the leg while she was sitting on a curb. This pig responded by kicking her in the head with a his boot and didn’t even stop texting or doing whatever he was doing. Not sure if it's illegal to video someone without consent or not. I know heard people say that but I don't think it's true. Regardless, she was the aggressive one. Well, she wasn't just screaming at them. She was walking towards them threatening violence. They were backing up and you can see that in the video. That's a great point but walking away from bullies like this shouldn't always happen. They were in a public area and shouldn't have to run away because some moron thinks she's a bad ass and thinks she can treat people like shit. Yeah. Because not squaring up with a woman makes you coward. The situation was actually defused in an appropriate manner. She was threatening violence but was pushed down before she did anything which probably would've led to her getting seriously injured in a fight.

I really don't understand why it's so hard as expensive to adopt a baby. I know a lot of couples that would happily adopt one of these children, regardless of the age but the hoops they have to jump through and money they spend keeps them from doing so.
