I definitely agree with your take. It seems more specifically that people have lost both the ability to navigate negative emotion in others as well as the ability to argue constructively.

Society marvels at violence on screen meanwhile violence is falling is society. I think media portrayals project what people desire/ crave to see and aren't an accurate reflection of the way actual society looks or behaves on a whole.

I'd say that a small selection of men are managing to hook up, vs the majority or average guy. Women might marry average hard working Joe but they will probably be much more selective about a hookup partner in terms of superficial traits. Since people arent marrying as much and hook up culture is accepted it's not surprising. Add this in to covid where people are more socially distanced, it's a recipe for less sex overall.

It's a psychological submission. Most rape isn't even being physically pinned down. Being physically pinned down literally has nothing to do with it. It's being forced into sex with an undesirable partner, in an undesirable situation. 'rape fantasies', at least most I've read about and have myself are about being 'overcome' and forced to submit, psychologically or physically, usually both. You literally can't have a rape fantasy because inherently what makes rape 'rape' is an internal rejection …

Rape fantasies aren't 'rape' fantasies. They are 'sumbmission fantasies' aka they are coerced by a stronger male into ultimately pleasurable sex.

You don't tell your son, it's generally something that is inspired by a toxic mother which as others have put it is mitigated by healthy households,ei : healthy boundaries. For example in general parents stop letting their children sleep in the same bed with them when they have a nightmare, at least before they are ten, probably between the ages of 6-10. A 'toxic' coddling mother without the ability to put up boundaries would allow thier kid to indefinitely disrupt their sleep well into their te…

For many: yeah. The reality is that long term monogamy was only held together by strict social norms. Really men and women generally only stay together for appoximately the duration of a childs infancy. about seven years. Take out the strict social norms preventing that? We return to our baser fickle natures. is that better or worse? I don't know. Nature isn't always 'better' or right just because it exists. I think that plenty of people can and will still find happiness, but most will just drif…

People can laugh but this is biologically driven. Basically why the 'fck employ your (biological) resources with no grantee for stability or success? Especially when you can live quite comfortably in many cases on modern luxuries: food, entertainment etc. Same reason why many high value (or successful sexual) men aren't settling into marriage: what a waste of resources when you reap the benefits without risking all of your investments.

My thoughts is that it might have to do primarily with the guys natural drives for 'new'. Most guys either need the 'chase' or something 'new' to be interested. Being in a long term relationship means usually you have to get creative and put 'effort' into something which they believe should come 'naturally'. Whereas most men demand woman 'put out' when they don't feel like it, just imagine the look of horror and bewilderment when you try and tell these men that they should just 'put out' when th…

Unfortunately 'current' feminism is an ideology centered around equality of 'outcome' essentially their 'goal' is to see a 50/ 50 split of women in all positions, but especially those of power. This sounds fine, but they do not account for freedom of choice, and account the 'unequal' distribution to that of the 'patriarchy' and of discrimination and not one of actual preference and the exertion of free choice. Most feminists goal is not 'equality of opportunity' but really equality of outcome. W…

I was in a relationship with an incredibly sensitive guy. That being said, I am someone who is very highstrung. I have a very quick to activate fight / flight mechanism. On the side of working on yourself: Recognize your triggers- What is triggering your irritation/ snaps? is it being interrupted suddenly while you are into your own thoughts? This is often what triggers me, and a way to 'work' on it is CBD (cognative behaviour therapy), apart of it is when it happens and when you can step back…

But arguably they wouldn't exist to acomplish anything without you soo.... I realize it probably isn't noticeable over text, but I was being facetious, I think that men are getting shorted massively by society, and though I do not want to regress into considering women as second class citizens I believe we need to culturally shift into being extremely grateful for the society that men manage to uphold. That being said I don't think women are complete freeloaders, it takes a lot of time to raise …

No thats not true, for example its been shown that woman who give birth via c-section (often because of size or complications) have children MORE likely to give birth via c-section, complicating the birth process. Medical/ human intervention have done essentially everything it can to fight mother nature and the effect is often continued weakening genetics. Also, there are studies that show that hunting gathering tribes while the woman marry younger often don't get pregnant until they are 18, thi…

Can you provide the stats to the links with single childfree women being the 'happiest' demographic? People in general seem to rank happier without children, but then again one might question happiness as a valid gage to leading a fulfilling life. > Married women WITH children are less likely to get raises, married men are the ones who make the most money. Marriage and kids decreases a woman's income. Fix that and this will get better. Even if there is correlation to the face that women aren't g…

Depending on what kind of face you have you can either go with bald, and dress up with beautiful earrings and beautiful scarves and head wraps which I think can be very elegant! or go with wigs. I know a women that has tried to 'hold on' to her hair and I think its worse then just letting it go. However if its just the right side of your hair you can potentially do it in the newer styles (likely not rp approved, but you work with what you got!) where half the ahead is shaved and the other half c…

This could be a make or break flaw. Being 'demeaning' or attempting to uproot your self esteem are not good signs of a captain and more a sign of a person who is 'domineering'. It likely will come up at a later date, If your looking for something 'specific' to say, you can go for something to the effect of: 'That isn't an accurate reflection of my past, and you have said 'xyz' a few times, if you believe that about me I don't see why we would be dating in the first place. Why do women consume so much rape porn and fantasize about rape and other forced sex acts? From the psychological standpoint of a woman, no woman wants to be 'raped'. When we consume 'rape porn/ and fantasize' it gets equated to enjoying 'rape' but it's not at all what is happening in our minds or why we 'enjoy' the fantasy. The get off is being put in the position to 'submit' to a strong male figure. The key here is submitting. It's the point in the porno where it's clear the woman becomes a pa…

The issue I see is you are taking personality disorders/ mental health issues which 'initially' make the individual who suffers for them appear like they carry certain traits women are attracted to and conviniently ignoring that many of these men often target women with poor esteem and equally questionable mental health problems in order to control / victimize them. They often have short unstable relationships until they find people to put under their thumb. Why? Because normal 'healthy' women g…

Your correct about one thing. Women don't like 'weakness' or perceived weakness. However these behaviours and traits are what I would consider 'male adaptations to appear not weak but are actually fragile' 'narcissist' - these people are extraordinarily fragile which is why they go beserk as soon as you discover how pathetic they are or confront them with their faults in any way. Their goto strategy is to blatantly disregard or blame other people. That's weak a/f, but they 'appear' strong initia…

My honest response being someone whose first Long term relationship was with a pathalogical liar and who dated for a short time a hightly manipulative predator (it was short because after the first ltr I very quickly saw the red flags...) Confronting these people leads to nowhere. If he's a liar he will lie. if he's not a 'liar' then what is he? I tried to read the sookie stackhouse mysteries, but the 'mystery' was essentially a pretense for her to screw a new mosnter / guy each book. Basically a slutty check list of different guys to screw. This is playing on the hedonism/ quick fix urge prevalent in society. However what is really funny and interesting is that while each novel tends to attempt to get more 'progressive' they actually usurp themselves ultimately with the old archetypes which often support/ reflect redpill values. They j…

Check out the book "biology of desire". It's about addictions but it goes in depth to explain how behavior patterns create habits which are reinforced by our brains/body. You can do this. You just have to find the strategy that works. This could be by tricking your brain that your husband's 'new' to you. That could be through role play, or mindfulness. Or by establishing new patterns of arousal, like hopping into sex after a sexy novel.

Hey! It sounds like you've tried physical things but what your really need to try is mental. And believe me you can do it. Consider it like meditation, but on your husband. For whatever reason your brain has stopped being attracted to him. He's become apart of the furniture for you, this happens I think sometimes in long marriages since women are mostly wired for infant care. Basically you have to start fantasizing about your husband. Forced at first. Not exactly sexually but you have to mentall…

You don't need to be 'threatening' for one to get red flags. For an example, one guy 'jokingly told me that he was a sociopath' like 'oh I'ma total sociopath' just jokingly and lightly and it was a total red flag. Guys who do bad things USUALLY TELL YOU WHO THEY ARE. I don't see a man telling me almost arbitrarily "women will let a powerful man do anything to them" as a casual comment. This kind of thought doesn't come from no-where and why the hell would you say this to your wife? I am not cert…

Definitely. It seems like through the read through she had a real gut reaction, rather than an intellectual reaction to what he was saying. we only get gut reactions like that when there are physical cues of danger etc. that our conscious minds aren't picking up on that our unconscious picks up and understands as danger. Its very hard to tell from her brief description which it was.

What is the context to this? where you in an intimate setting where he was physically close to you, did he say it in a weird way? don't take advice from people without fully explaining the setting, women sometimes have unwarrented viceral reactions to certain topics, but usually if we feel physically unsafe thats called a redflag and there is usually a really good reason for it. what triggered it here?

History is the only worth while context to these issues, and I think you may be having a rosy outlook on older generations, refering to a recent generation that did better than us, well it only lasted ONE generation so clearly it was unsustainable culturally therefore virtually irrelevant, during the boomer gen sex which was taboo became the norm + drugs until STI/HIV became prevalent and the world snapped out of its wet dream and they settled down to have more conservative relationships. Yes. It would be interesting to explore why that is. As far as I can tell there are two opposing forces, and women are on both sides of the issue. Obviously some cultures have 'legalized' prostitution, or perhaps de-criminalized it. It comes down to sex being viewed as a resource and wether 'ethical' social systems provides market for the resource. On one hand not providing a market creates a black market.

Something about this comment reminds me of Neitzsche... love it. And it's true, without needing the term incel to be used, men have a harder time hooking up casually, but they also gain the most experience hooking up. Experience socially (how to engage women), and experience through trial and error, dealing with rejection ect. Negatives would be that they may treat women as objects... Yeah, so think of hypergamy this way, it's overlaid on 'culture' and how you were raised. You were raised in an environment which molded what you found desirable. In this case for whatever reason your mind has been impressed on that men who are aggressive / douche nozzles are highly valuable / desirable men as this is what you saw/ learned in childhood. All women work on a hypergamy structure, but what is considered desirable/ high value can be heavily influenced by culture and environment.

Personally I think its cruel to try and keep them as friends, it comes off as wanting a bunch of orbiters and imo it leads guys to 'wait' for you to be available. That doesn't mean you can't be friendly and treat them as aquantences but it sounds like you've been potentially leading them to believe you could be partners eventually. From an outsiders perspective, but also from someone with similar issues. You have a serious deep level insecurity issue. I reccomend CBD and DBT training (therapy) to help change your behaviour. Woman married young for many reasons in recent history. A lot of those had to do with safety and money. Having older women in a house unmarried was a financial burden on families whereas marrying them off produced another source of income through their husbands. Traditions and morals can and should adapt to the times. The core of your sensibilities are decent, don't sleep around, don't co-habitate before marriage. This is a Vetting problem. He's not a good captain, the only way redpill works is through good vetting. Otherwise it's just submitting to someone who you actively allow to use and abuse you. It's a two way street. Your 'surender' is given to worthy men. Not any guy you want to apply RP values with. Hmm against the grain here. But your husband sounds like he has an inferiority complex and is himself 'defensive' as you said he felt like you were questioning his 'intelligence'. Most guys do not take everything , or even little things as an assault on their manhood or intelligence, their sensitivity to it tends to belie underlying issues which could be: 1)He was a stable guy, but for some reason through the relationship you've emasculated him, and made him feel ashamed of himself, now he's hyp…
