Speaking from experience, your statement is true. It's easy for a woman to accuse a man of rape, being assaulted, etc. Even when it's not true. The man's life is now wrecked. Even when charges are dropped. The lingering accuation follows the guy for life. Family life wrecked, lost job because of jail time/ court dates/ court fines.

If he would of fought back, it would of effected his chances with custody of his kids. They're no longer married but it definitely would have affected his chances with seeing his kids again. In the long run and was found out she liked being domineering, abusive and she wound up staying 90 days in jail for domestic assault with her boyfriend that she had after they split up.

True. Most people, lawyers, judges, cops view the man always being the bad guy. Because of how this law is written. The act of penetrating when someone else doesnt consent to sex, or being underage. That's why woman don't get charged with rape. Unfortunately it's how the law is written and how people generally understand it. When this law was written, males were the dominant perpetrators. Now there are women perpetrators showing up, but the law is the same.

The rape laws are bias towards men. Men penetrate, women biologically can not penetrate so women can't be charged. Penis can penetrate= rape charge. Vagina can not penetrate= no rape charge. Woman having sex with underage children are (the woman) being penetrated. She doesn't file charges. Since she physically is not doing the penetration of the male she can't be charged with rape

Correct me if I'm wrong. If a man gets charged with rape or rapes a minor he's convicted sex offender and is on a National ex offender list. Don't you think that women should have an equivalent punishment if they falsely report a rape? Get put on a national Database that shows they report false rapes?

My brothers ex wife got full custody of my brothers kids because she is the "mother and better at raising kids". 3 months later at 4.5 and 3 years old they were both wondering chucky cheeses alone. Cops called. Cops picked up the kids, hunted for the "fit mother". The cops found her at home with her boyfriend passed out and high on drugs. A clip in the paper about the incident and a police report later, bam. Brother has full custody. Mothers are always good.
