Same in Brazil. People see success and see dirty hands, instead of hard work.

Her reaction definitively helped, but even if she was ok with it I would still feel disrespected. There are some things that I just don't want other people to know. There are some other things that annoy me in a similar way: entering my room when the door is closed without knocking, watching me using the computer, practicing the guitar with people near. I'm naturally introvert, so there's a lot going on in my head that I just don't want anyone to know.

In my last LTR, my (then) GF would regularly go through my phone and check my Facebook. I didn't have anything to hide, but I would get pissed everytime. I need privacy, I need my own mental space. But the worst part was her seeing old conversations I had with other girls before I met her, and getting really jealous. Shit test ensued. So, I don't see it as a red flag. People are different; you don't see privacy as a concern, but other people might do.

From the sidebar: "Sexual strategy is amoral". If you want to be a good man, it's ok, but it's a personal preference. TRP is not about it.

You lost when you texted again after she ignored you. Her message was in fact not sending a message. You texted again, it was seem as needy. In the moment she saw a beta crack in your alpha armour she attacked right there. Now she put you in a bad position, because if you don't respond, you will come off as butthurt. So you need to respond. But there's no good response to this.

Now reverse the situation: if you had this disease, would she let you stay at home all day watching TV while she works her ass of? She would be disgusted at you. This relationship wouldn't last a month.

This book explains how women put on a facade of being vulnerable and dependent of men, but it is in fact a well-played strategy for living life in easy mode, while us men do all the hard work to keep them happy. A personal example: in my last LTR, we would sometimes go out and get drunk. On the next day, I would wake up with the classic hangover. My ex-GF, on the other hand, would wake up a mess. Her stomach was so messed up (she has gastritis) that I'd have to go to the drugstore and get her re…

TRP quickly went from grown men to a teen audience. Well, the sooner men find TRP, the better for them.

"Just be yourself". What are you? At the most basic level, before anything else, you are a MAN. So, be a man: strong, assertive, focused. What most people don't realize is that being a man is a continuous process, you must assert yourself as a man in every moment of your life.

Make it clear that you would prefer to continue working in your current company, rather than going to the other one, and you're only considering the offer because it is very attractive. If your current boss senses that you're only in it for the money, you may be in a place where you stagnate in your current position, and in danger of being dismissed in the future. Bosses want committed people who love what they do and are willing to give their blood for the company (bullshit, I know).

The guy got better. My body is naturally more muscular now, at 26, then I was at 20, when I was in college. This happened wihtout significant changes to nutrition or exercise levels. I'm also wiser, less BP, and I have more socials skills, money and a car now. All these changes contribute to a higher SMV. Men SMV keeps growing until they're 36, as can be seen in the famous SMV curve chart.

Marriage is like a swimming pool: the first guy jumps in it, and the water is fucking cold. He tells the others that it's very nice in there, just so he isn't the only idiot that goes out of the pool shivering.

The whole time I've been reading this book I kept thinking to myself "holy shit, this is a lot of work." I mean seriously, having to adopt "The Vibe" like Roosh says, approach 10+ girls a night, approach girls in groups, having to memorize a bunch of routines for the date, planning everything out, just for what? The possibility of sex? The point is, it ain't supposed to be "work". You have to develop a mindset in which you are having fun while doing it, instead of being an obligation. You see th…

They had crappy jobs that they weren't proud of or passionate about. They live in their mother's basements. They are content just drinking beer as a hobby. They have no sense of humor. They don't know how to dress themselves. They are fat. They are too short. They are too ugly. They don't do anything except work. They define themselves by their jobs. They are boring. They don't read. They are socially awkward (reads: conservative soft). They are socially inappropriate (reads: crazy loud) Most of…

Nice analysis. So I did the right thing then. It's the "Waterworks" set-up to the "Take Me Back" power play. I saw that one coming miles ahead. She used the "waterworks" approach regularly during the LTR, and every fucking time I ended up complying because I didn't want to see her sad/upset/whatever. Not falling for that trick anymore. Her feelings are not my cross to bear. Instead, it's a question: "Are you a stud with options, or a desperate chump?" This happened just after she saw in person o…

I found RP a day after I broke up with my last GF, and it all made sense. I was mostly BP during the relationship. Three days later we met up to sort some things out (I had to give her some stuff of hers that was with me) and I was actively trying to maintain frame. Erect posture, calm, emotionless. It worked wonders, I almost fucked her in the car that day (this after 1 year of dead bedroom, sex twice a month). I turned her into a plate, my main plate. It was awesome; we met once or twice a wee…

Dont take Freud's word as absolute truth, please. I don't. I only take something as absolute truth if it can be scientifically proved. That's why I don't take TRP as absolute truth, either. But both can give some nice insights.

When "daddy issues" is said, I think of psychoanalysis. The first person a girl desires is her father. This is after realizing she doesn't have a penis. Penis = Power, so if she doesn't have it, she views her father as a way to get power. Her sexuality will develop through her relationship with her father. A girl will often subconsciously look for partners that have similarities to her father, as a guy will look for girls that subconsciously reminds him of her mother. If the girl has a fucked up…

Regardin Brazilian women: I don't think it's a good idea. Specially if the girls is from bigger cities. There is already a CCC™ (College Cock Carousel) culture spreading here. The feminist movement is already strong and growing. The American culture in general is seen a model to be followed here in Brazil, so all the problems regarding it are already here as well, or on its way.

Just a link, no description of it. I open it, and the website fucking hurts my eyes with its blue and pink, 90's layout. No thanks. This is why you need to lift. It doesn't matter how good your content can be, if you display it in an awful way.

Also you have the selection bias of the people who are on there to consider. i.e tinder etc are used by people who are DTF, almost by definition. In my country, the girls don't seem to know what Tinder is for. They use it to make friends / orbiters. I used it for four days (with no success), and as soon as I realized this, I stopped using it.

Reading "walking away from a woman" reminded me of a story from the past. I had this girlfriend who broke up with me, and some weeks later we agreed to meet in order to discuss and make some things clear. I was very BP, but I was so fed up with her shit, I was angry to the point of temporary RPness. After some discussion, she apologized for all the shit she had done. We were on good terms, but I was still angry. So, I said goodbye, turned the other way and started walking. Didn't look back. Some…

When in school, I was told that men had better navigational skills than women because men were hunters. They forgot to include women as men's preys, it seems. However, I found articles saying that it's because of higher testosterone levels. http://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/men-are-better-navigators-than-women-but-not-because-of-evolution-22477567/?no-ist http://phenomena.nationalgeographic.com/2012/12/28/of-men-navigation-and-zits/ They note that when male rats are castrated, they do wor…

So a couple nights ago, my wife tells me she thinks this book is really helping our marriage. “Seriously?” I ask. She says yes, and replies that we’re both being a lot more respectful of each other. I say: “I have to be honest with you. I stopped reading that thing about 15 pages in. Our three-year-old’s a better author.” She replies that I clearly got something out of those 15 pages, then, because I’m being less abrupt, less selfish, and more respectful. The hamster went full throttle. When you…

Probably TRP will never get to the Top 300. If you look at the "Rank" tab at the metrics, you will see it becomes harder and harder to go up at the rank, and it is stabilizing. Thinking about it reminded me my Calculus days...

I was in a LTR for 2 years. In the beginning she was nice, cute, smart and adored me. She started throwing shit tests at me and I kept failing each of them, thinking I should be nice to my nice gf. As time passed, she kept getting worse. Sex was less and less frequent, she gained some weight, she didn't take care of herself and I was seeing myself more and more trapped in a shitty LTR, with no sex and complaints everyday. Then one day she threw at me a HUGE shit test, big enough for me to say fu…

It happened to me: Me and a girl went to a bar. Instead of sitting facing her, I sat beside her. She said "Wait... Is this a date? I tought we were only hanging out for a few beers..." I just said "No, this is not a date" and continued the conversation. An hour later, we were kissing.
