And if a woman is found to perjure herself to try to convict a man for rape, they yes she should be punished. 12	These type of crimes deserve even more punishment As much as I would like to see her punished, if a fake victim knew they were going to be punished with prison time for admitting their lie, they're not likely to want to tell the truth even if they develop a conscience later on.
