| 1 | Mom breaks down child support......I am the mom of a 16 and 13 year old boys. We live in Northern VA right outside of Washington DC. The cost of living is extremely high. I would kill to have a 700 rent or mortgage. For a 3 bedroom town home or apartment, one can expect to pay 1600-2200 a month here. 1600 would be in places you most likely do not want to raise your children.
