Hell no. Settling is absolutely fantastic. People have fucking absurd standards these days. “Good enough” is literally “enough”. I watch my male and female single friends miserably date year after year, swiping right and always feeling like their latest match doesn’t live up to their ideals in some way that someone else did. They go on dates, hook up if they’re lucky, then feel alone again within a year when they call off the relationship. I settled for my wife (she’s just good enough) and I’ve …

Nah, 'better safe than sorry' isn't the right way to go about it. No way. If you play it safe with women, you'll be sorry 20 years from now when you're alone, or married to a huge compromise. I might be totally wrong, but in my own experience girls respond way better to guys who take risks* *i'm also rich so thst might help

I have a friend (female) with a story. Apparently while walking around downtown, some guy yells down at her from the porch he's chilling on: 'Ay yo, come get me a blow job' She thought it was rude and maybe also funny. But I've never heard her desribe the man as creepy. 'thug' 'asshole' 'wtf', usually with some smiles, but never creepy. I don't know whether this man was ugly or not, but that's probably beside the point. Creepy is also tied to behavior and perception of openness, or something lik…

I think it's a bit hippo-critical to fight for men's rights and yet think that a 17 year old has absolutely no personal responsibility

Not really. If you believe 100% in age and gender equality, as I do, then the viewpoint is entirely consistent. If you take the law on face value, that a minor can never consent and that it is okay to kill a child for being too young, then it seems ridiculous that a male rape victim would be responsible for his offspring. If you take the moral stance that any person, male or female, who parents a child at any age for any reason has an obligation to that child from day 1 (usually about 9 months b…

We can have a separate discussion. But a 15 year old young man should not be treated as a child by the system. By 13 a young man knows what he's doing and deserves the right to vote, drive, consent, smoke, drink, etc. It's stupid that society treats young adults like they're toddlers. It is so backwards.

Yes! Thank you!! No one should be allowed to murder a child, even if it was conceived by rape.

Hell no.. I stand by what I said. I am a big proponent of men's rights, youth rights and unborn childen's rights. This will stand as a reminder to me of how toxic and unreasonable this subreddit community can be compared to then Men I discuss things with in real life.

This sounds reasonable. A female victim who is raped and gives birth to a child still has a legal obligation to care for the child. She can't just neglect it. This case isn't all that different, other than I suppose the woman could theoretically choose to legally murder her unborn child either chemically or by tearing it apart limb-by-limb if she liked, whereas the male victim of rape does not have the option to kill his the unborn rape-child.

This is a disingenuous response that throws a lot of blame at men where there usually isn't. Aside from the rare internet meme, it's more existential like: 'I try to be nice. I always cross the street to not creep out women. I was told this was the right thing to do. Why will no woman ever love me despite me doing the right thing?' It just hurts to see this belittling of some of the most vulnerable (and yes, sometimes bitter) men's legitimate loneliness and confusion in this subreddit

Eh, I'd be into polyamory too if I could make a Tinder and get a dozen interested matches a day. But I couldn't do that shit

There is plenty of bad on here too But i think the positivity outweighs it 90% of the time

Well I am married. So the only question is whether divorce is preferable to staying happily together We can both decide what we want and we're both happy with the current situation

You don't know me or my family and yet you have the arrogance to judge in the harshest terms Maybe try confronting your own demons before you demonize others. You might find that the world is different than your preconceived notions

Clearly if she wanted to she would have done it already Her body her choice. She still chooses me

Why is that? For context I've been having affairs for almost a decade. My wife "knows" but we don't talk about it. If I found out that she was cheating, would that be a good reason to divorce? I like her enough and would stand to lose a lot of money if we split

I'm all for putting away the pedos, but I'm not sure I'm totally on board with the black and white thinking A 17 year old teen is technically be a child, and having sex with a 17 year old is technically statutory rape, but you start to lose precision when you're being so strictly categorical with words. It is a horrific, gut-wrenching abomination when someone forcefully rapes a 10 year old It is morally wrong but far less depression inducing that a 17 year old man or woman might 'choose' to have…

Theoretically, yeah. I've been lurking here a few weeks because I think Men's Rights are one of the most important issues of our generation. There is a definite undertone in many posts that comes off as very anti-female, anti-women. Maybe it's shills and paid-opposition but it makes me like this sub less, especially because I don't see any push back against those negative attitudes

A skirt actually sounds nice, I could use some airflow down there when it gets this hot out. If anyone gets on my case, maybe I'll say that I identify as a female that day lol

Very cool. Sounds like I'd be wise to push the boundaries here and see how it plays out

No it's just that MMA and tennis are spectator sports. People actually pay to watch women fight (not boxing really tho) and play tennis. I didn't say anything about those careers I just don't think sports belong on the otherwise quite good original list

Tennis is weird because the top paid women make basically as much as the top paid men, so I'll give you that. Weird because the skill gap between men and women in Tennis is huge. The best females of all time get beat by men who are ranked in the hundreds.

Great list, except weird to include 'boxing' and 'tennis'. Many sports have different rules for men and women due to physical differences. Many boxing leagues have different rules depending on the skill level and event. Those are enough of a stretch (as voluntary activities which Men are far better at then women) that the list is worse off for it.

A good idea when a girl shit-tests you on a sexual topic is to look her in the eyes for a few moments, then say "Now I know what you're busy thinking about." if you're both sitting down, I recommend touching your dick under the table while looking at her. It's subtle enough that she won't think about it, but obvious enough that it ensures her mind is going there.

Your inability 2 use specific language is part of the reason why women hate men i say this as a women who liked the shirt (other than the guns, I'm not comfortable with firearms), that you're bringing our entire gender down and your entire gender down

As a non-gun owner I'm extremely offended by the number of guns on his shirt.

fucking hell how is the top rated comment on MensRight a straight out condemnation of women? All this does it make the movement look like the bunch of sexist misogynists we're frequently painted as Also I'm a woman and I take offense at your comment

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
