If taking a taxi by yourself or with a girl going somewhere, maintain a conversation with the taxi driver the entire trip.

I agree, many people don't, much like life there is no definitive answer.

It's all about health, wealth and relationships. If you got the health covered focus your attentions on the other 2.

'I'm drunk on life' corny but works if pressed for more info I would say that my best friend was an alcoholic who died in a drink driving accident and I pay homage to this by not drinking, and since this happened I have found my life has improved enormously which made me realise life is better without it. Soda water + lime is delicious in a pint glass is delicious too.

Glad to hear you are on the right track, keep building your confidence each and every day doesn't have to be through lifting or making bank but these are easy ones to which you can see tangible benefit and results. Rinse and repeat and you will be back banging hotties again in no time. Your friend sounds like a cool guy too.

I rarely frequent bars anymore and prefer daytime interactions but you are correct and in that setting that is acceptable opener.

"Hey quick female opinion" to any woman is enough to get a conversation to happen.

You have obviously invested very little into the relationship as it was arranged for you so I wouldn't be very stressed or concerned over issues such as this. When a woman vents like this to me, I simply remember that she is NOT looking for an answer or solution to the problem but is just trying rationalise the situation to herself, sit back and listen but best avoid putting input into an unfixable problem.

Nice work, I would wait until this blows over before sitting her down and explaining the zero tolerance policy ie you ever cheat on me or give me a reason to expect and we are finished without any further a do

Change your mindset of seeking to one of attracting, ie instead of trying to find a location where women congregate you invest your skills into creating your own environment where they would want to join. For example hire a public space and make an afternoon event for whatever area your interested in. Instead of joining a dance class, create your own, this will attract and give you confidence in the interactions as you are the leader in the event. Start small and scale up. What would be a good s…

Sell your work as a product not a service. Example: multicomputer install basic $599 not $100/hour. Give them 3 different pricing options, they will pick the middle one. Get them to pay you first then start the work, deliver them something extra on top of what they are expecting. Create a relationship with who's paying you and ask him to introduce you to other areas of the company or friendly firms in the industry.

Keep it light hearted and fun, you have destroyed any chance of a future hookup from any of her circle by calling her a young slut.

This was terrible and painful to read, tinder ain't no grinder the girls are DTF but coming on with a sexual approach like that is making it harder for yourself. Less is more on tinder, first step is to instantly text 'what up' as soon as you match which should be quite often if you have been working on optimal profile pics. Next is to get her typing and then Get The Fuck off tinder, ie 'text me 06677899 so I know u ain't no robot'. Numbers game remember, then you have a new convo to only work o…

This can work: set the first 'date' up for a day/place but then ignore until after this time passes. Next don't give any explanation to why you skipped and don't apologise, keep your texts short and sweet. Setup the next date for the same day but the following week but this time set a time ie 5:15, can throw in a confirm message the day before, 'don't wear a pink dress, I'm colour blind and won't recognise u'. They will show up.

Agreed. Get your basics right before learning about macros etc, for most plebs this means a strong foundation of protein and oats, I recommend tuna for beginners because its cheap & easy and takes no prep. Eat clean for 2 months then start playing around with your intake if your not growing in the right places.

Next level that; you can now start selling shit sandwiches and using your new found profits to purchase more quality and healthier ingredients that you are now able to get other people to make into your tasty food. The more you eat the stronger you get, the ask you what the secret is, not knowing they are contributing to your success by being unwilling to change or implement any new thought process. You have the realisation that its not in your best interests to help other people, you begin to s…

Workout partners can be great but also have severe downfalls if they aren't matched closely to your level. Also if they are flakey with training times it's better to not be around them at all, best practice is to find a PT who you respect ie body size and build you are working towards and ask them to spot you on a heavy session once a week.

Clean up your diet as a matter of priority, nothing processed nothing with sugar or transfats. Buy tins of tuna and eat it with spinach, big tins too, eat until you can't eat anymore. Don't like the taste of tuna? Too bad, learn to take the emotion out of eating, it will make you appreciate good food when you have it, and will teach your body and mind to treat food as a sustenance and not a fucking pleasure you must indulge in 3 times a day. Hot tip: oats will build you muscle but taste terrible…

You wanna meet a bunch of hot young women? Buy a digital camera and setup an online modelling agency right in your apartment, plaster your neighbourhood with ads and you are guaranteed to come into contact with some fresh hotties. Want an educated older woman, do the same but call it a 'social book club', use your material in these context and you will have an endless supply of new talent.
