I don't, actually I know my chances are slim to none, but like I said, it doesnt hurt to send a quick message.

I havent been paying attention to her aside from when I'm on a facebook binge and look through profiles for 2 hours. The way I see it, if I try something, I'll either fail or succeed, and if I don't pursue then it's no worse of an outcome. It probably wont work, but sending a message is low effort. So if I were to send something, what should I send?

She actually took my hand it put it on he boob when I teased her that they were small. After that she just let me do it.

Thanks this makes a lot of sense. So basically back off for longer before you try again?

We didn't hang out before this. She was an old classmate, I hit her up on Facebook. Her impression of me was pretty much based on those two days.

I don't really mind. Obviously 1 on 1 would be better but her and her friend is better than nothing. Main question is whether or not I can bring a girl I'm interested in?

That's what I'm worried about. I'm not really sure.

Same here. Most of the newer RSD stuff is inner game anyway. They rarely focus on techniques and "lines", but rather on how to build confidence, presence, etc.

I think so, she didn't laugh about it, even said "You just don't look like it, you're so.. Straight". You don't think it would be a problem in the future?

What about later on in the interaction? I don't want to get a "WHAT, YOU'RE NOT GAY?". Or on a subtler level, how do I deal with "I thought you were gay?" when I flirt/escalate? Also: Is asking a girl to meet on the day after you meet her too fast?

Her responses were more along he lines of "hands off" or just taking them off her waist/shoulders. How should I respond to that?

But it still takes practice to get better right? I just don't want to waste my time by practising in an inefficient manner. And I always try to be independent of outcome.

I needed to hear this. Thanks

Yea you're right. Thanks. If she sends a follow up text, what should I respond to? Only if she wants to meet up?

Stronglifts is great. Weight shouldn't be an issue. Just start with the bar on each exercise and find somebody to help you with your form. The hardest part (in my opinion) is eating more. Also, I wouldn't do paleo as a beginner, but that's just my opinion again. Find your BMR. Eat 500-1000 calories more than that. Stay off the sweets. Adding restrictions on what you eat with paleo and trying to eat more at the same time is going to be unnecessary and difficult.

Sales jobs (except telemarketing), bar-tending, ____ promoter, teacher, tour guide, doorman, and anything creative (music, film, art). You get to meet a lot of people in creative fields, and meeting people and promoting your content is probably more important than the content itself.

I think it worked because those are just signs of good manners, you didn't really go to far out of your way to be nice. But if you start canceling your plans for her, showering her with gifts, taking her shit, setting her priorities higher than yours, then it goes downhill.

Don't sweat it. You can't learn if you don't ask.

Not awkward at all. Next time don't wait this long though. The less time you think about it, the easier it is.

What about to people in general?

Forget about her all together. She's just a random girl from your school who added you on facebook.

Don't text her again. That includes Facebook. If you see her in person, approach her normally, don't ask her why she didn't respond blah blah, imagine as if you never even had her number/facebook. After some conversation, you ask her out. "I'm free (day + time) let's do (activity)". Not "let's hang out sometime". Make sure you have a definite date and time. Now this leads to : Scenario 1 : She agrees and you carry on. Or says she can't that particular day but offers a different time & day instead…

"I'm more persistent than you are bitchy so don't give me that shit" I'm just kidding. I don't think you should say that. Actually now that I think about it.... Could someone in this thread let me know if that could ever work?

You shouldn't drop it. She agreed for next weekend, just confirm and you have your date. What I thought you shouldn't have done is messaged her a second time after your initial text, especially because you asked the same thing. Also you you came of a bit needy when you said "or busy as in I could come if I wanted to? Lol" You basically asked her if she's actually interested in you or just making an excuse. And it wasn't pushy. Pushy would have been "Fuck your plans you're we're going out"

Take her hand, lead her to a place where you're alone.

IMO it's the best book. It's an easy, enjoyable read and covers pretty much everything you need to know at a basic level. More complex stuff is better learned through experience than through a book anyway.

There are way to many other variables for you to just say "I don't get women because I'm ugly".

Ask her now and for a simple coffee date. You don't need more than that.

Everybody still gets nervous to some extent. You get less nervous the more often you do it.

Nobody here can help you with that. Just do it. When you're in the moment you're not going to remember/care to remember anything anyone told you on asktrp. The only thing I can say is less is more.

I second this. In my top 5 movies for sure.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
