I like to add that my viewpoint of purple pill is being aware of the red pill about women but at the same time staying true to myself and knowing my own worth and not being a "woman hating angry person". But also not putting them on a pedestal. Most red pillers and mgtow will say "men, we are the prize". Which is true, but it shouldnt be turned into an egotistical obnoxious attitude towards anyone, not just women.

Ehh, nofap works for some. Personally, I was watching porn and beating off since I was maybe 14 and im in my late 20's now.
