Legalized prostitution isn't the only form of prostitution, and my country HAS seen an increase in STD rates in recent years. If it was legal, some argue that condoms would be even more likely to be used. It's a job like everything else. Nobody "wants" to go to work but everyone has to. Stop trying to make it worse than what it is, A financial transaction unless it's being forced by an outside party which pretty much everyone agrees is bad but you just don't like the idea of it in general.
