1	I ask 2 girls to leave private property, I end up hand cuffed in the back of a police car. If you want to say those are the damages you're going to have a causation issue but regardless, that suit isn't going anywhere. Unless OP can show that those actions actually cost him something he isn't going to get anything. Unfortunately, without a showing of damages (that OP suffered an injury of some kind) those lawsuits aren't going anywhere.
