Eh, if anything books are probably one of the last remaining entertainment mediums that aren't made by committee. You find all types of viewpoints. I can't said I've read Rothfuss in particular, as I typically liked to stick to completed series. I have been reading Joe Abercrombie, who ha some good quotes. This one stuck out at me. “A friendship between a man and a woman was what you called it when one had been pursuing the other for a long time and never gotten anywhere.” https://www.goodreads.…

That is because they are given preferential treatment when bidding for government contracts. https://www.gsa.gov/small-business/find-and-pursue-government-contracts/seek-opportunities/setasides-special-interest-groups/for-womenowned-small-businesses

UK huh? That does remove a lot of defensive options. Honestly, best advice is to move to a lower crime area. Martial arts and such are great if you are interested, but avoiding places where are likely to get jumped by multiple people is even better.

That is absolutely terrifying. Things like that are what make me treat accusations of rape or abuse with a suspicious eye. Unless there is concrete proof, I never outright believe it. I do notice she has a cat in her photo too. She has to be a stereotypical cat lady as well.

Reminds me of this scene from Life of Brian. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vAc5JqcBPK8

STD rates actually do have a pretty wide variance on race. See https://www.cdc.gov/std/stats17/minorities.htm Blacks have infection rates that are often four to ten times higher than other races for most STDs. Those aren't great dice to roll on a random hookup.

I don't see it happening. There are forces at work that would suppress the ideology from becoming mainstream.

It makes an impact once you start talking about the tail ends of the distribution. The top of the distribution tends to be where the people who really influence society are located. For example, lets say you have 1000 people with an average IQ of 98, and 1000 with an average IQ of 102. You would expect 16.4 people in the first group to have an IQ over 130, and 31 people in the second group. Nearly twice as many.

I'll give her a point for honesty, at least. -99999 points for everything else though.

They do seem to be much more common with women. A bunch of the most popular MLMs are women's apperal or skincare/beauty related. There are some that seem to hit men though, like Primerica.

His old specials are great. Then he got married and became kind of pussywhipped. He is still a funny dude, but he is a 'lite' version of his previous self.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
