I just had an acquaintance of mine tell me that people of color calling me "honky, whitey, white bread, white trash, cracker or cracker ass" was not racist. It was not the same as saying "nigger or nigga" I told her they were all racial slurs. She honestly told me the names for white people were different and weren't racist.

This is not Kevin's first rodeo. He knew the consequences before he committed himself. She's a gold digger to be assured. I hate to say it but he opened himself up to it.

They call it spousal support. No alimony or common law marriage here in Indiana.

What we could do. -Give the husband the option to take responsibility for the child. Totally his choice. -Make it mandatory that the mother pays him child support. - Require the mother to provide the name or names of sperm donors to perform paternity tests to establish fatherhood. Not just her "word". - Require biological father to pay child support to the custodial father as well without rights of visitation. - Either person falls behind on paying support more than one month, support should be …

My ex and I still get along. We live in the same town. We talk regularly about each other's lives kids, grandkids, etc. So, Starbuxed, is that a coffee reference, Galactica reference, or both?

How long until you're eighteen? At seventeen cops aren't really interested in that. They figure it won't be long until you're legal. My ex had a situation similar to this. They told her it wasn't worth their time.

Say, That's toxic masculinity you're talking about! Sub reddits have been shut down for less. In all honesty, women deserve jail time if they obstruct a father from their child. I had a family member who pulled that shit with her ex. She tried getting an increase in child support through the county she lived in. They contacted the father who informed them she went so far as to relocate them out of state to avoid visitation. Her attorney yelled at her. The county enforced visitation with the thre…

It was a response to your second paragraph. How they should form their own group and stick to that. They can't do that. It is so unsettling to them that we have our own club and have strength in numbers when it comes to misandry or toxic feminism. God forbid we spread the word and protect ourselves. FDS has already brought down a number of subs on Reddit for just these kinds of things. What are you smoking? Women create a group like FDS and petition to take any male group down for being sexist. Like men who need help if they feel the need to protect themselves from women who are misandrists. I'm sorry, how sexist of me. Misandry does not exist. How utterly toxic of me.

I’m a number of states the results are meaningless to the court. Their view is that the child is a product of the marriage.

My kids are adults now. She approached me about taking custody. I didn't petition for child support. I just wanted to be a full time parent. My son lives in Ohio now with his wife. I'm glad to hear they approach custody like that in your state.
/r/MensRights31/03/22 04:06 PM

The law in Indiana is what the court makes it. I don't know where you live but joint custody is a rare thing. Right up there with the man having custody. I am speaking from personal experience as a man who had sole custody raising my children.
/r/MensRights31/03/22 01:09 PM

More like wife gets custody, child support, and 1/2 of all assets. She’s supposed to pay 1/2 of all debts as well but more often than not women turn their backs on their half. Guess who the creditors chase. It cost more to enforce the ruling than to just pay it and be done.

Taking into account supply and demand, it is way harder to get a brand new PS5 than it is to get a drama queen girlfriend. You can find them anywhere. Obviously the PS5 is in much more demand and overall will give you a greater return on your investment. The winner is clear.

In the U.S. a lot of states have laws that basically rule in favor "of the child" considering that they are wards of the state. In marriage the child is considered a product of the marriage regardless of the sperm donor. This requires that the husband is financially responsible for the child. That is the law unfortunate and archaic as it may be. It is one glaring reason why I will never marry.

Hell we don't need a rapper. Bill Cosby aka "America's role model Father" drugged women and raped them. Look where he is. Setting aside jail time for Heard. It's as if she did nothing and the rest of the world should just look past and forget her behaviour.

I find it ironic that James Gunn was fired for comments he actually made on social media without any court involvement in America, But there is evidence (her own recorded testimony) Heard was abusive to Depp. She went so far as to nearly sever his finger. Tom Cruise jumps up and down like a monkey on Oprah's furniture and movie studios reassess their relationship with him. It’s one way. If you notice, the people going through the other lane have to push through the counting mechanism. She was bypassing that just so she could get through without any holdup.
