Thinking about it, it was more of a quick fix type of thing for me at that time. After university I stopped using and forgot most of the stuff in that book. It worked for me back then.

I just started to read "Models" on my phone on kindle. I've got the mystery method also. Nostalgia I guess... I plan to read "The Foundation" by Michael Owen when I finish reading those two.

I do have a base. I am very rusty I guess... That's why I asked for recommendations to relearn stuff that once I had not only memorized as theory, but became like second nature with practice. A few long term relationships and more than a decade later and all those skills and confidence declined. Thankfully the city that I live nearby is a popular summer destination, so I would get the opportunity to practice.

Thank you for your reply! I would definitely read the books you recommended! Style is something that I think I am doing well since my “the game” days (except the peacocking stuff😬). Fitness, kinda ok. I work a physically demanding job. Other than I work out sporadically. Inner game would be an area of focus for me at first. Again thanks for the recommendations and your time!
