I can't reliably, that's a major issue I've gotten and do work jobs but then I breakdown for just as long as was working. No medicine works for longer than a year and apparently it's all deep in my small intestine. Not to mention people want reliable workers, when I can't even rely on my body. It's about not wanting to pass out, or vommit and shit blood at work. I don't feel great ever and it only gets worse for trying.
