For the record, I am 1 month away from entering menopause (had no period for 11 months) and I am slimmer and more fit than I ever was. I'm 5'7", weight is 133 lbs. and body fat is 10%. So for the record, "Menopause Will Fuck You Up" isn't always true. You have to simply keep active (probably moreso than when you were younger) and eat right. 'Nuff said.

Being insecure and feeling vulnerable is a common angst among us women. Feeling secure and confident in our own skin is something that comes with time and experience (and I don't mean necessarily "experience with sex"--I'm talking about experiencing situations and events where we grow, we begin to see our own strengths, and we aren't afraid of being judged by others because we have come to know ourselves and, well, have come to love ourselves). May I suggest letting your SO know that you are try…

Let him know you're enjoying him (maybe with a little moan or ahhhh.. here and there). Grab his ass when he's inside of you and squeeze and pull it toward you (like you simply can't get enough of him and want him inside you with all of your being). BE YOURSELF though. It has to come (no pun intended) naturally. Keep practicing, and RELAX. Let the love you feel for him, and his total being, envelope you and really make LOVE to him. HTH!

A woman's gut never lies. Trust it. Always.

Sounds like your "gut" is telling you something. If there's one thing I've learned in my 48 years, it's to listen to that gut!

Thank you for this. This has helped me tremendously (and others here as well, I'm certain).

Definitely time. It's bound to come out eventually. I don't know if there's any way to coax it out, at least none that I'm aware of. Eventually a situation a woman is put in will bring out the crazy. Of course that situation is going to be different for every woman. So yes, time is the answer.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
