Well.. if you sit down and think to yourself what is it you want out of life and Persue only what makes you happy then your “voice and confidence” will follow something like a domino affect. If you tackle this subject of your life it will indirectly help the other areas you may be struggling in like fear or communication problems. I can see why people say it’s vague advice.
