A data analyst would not change the variables in a MLR of employee pay. The relevant variables would still be the same. Time worked, employee score, time worked at company, previous work exp. Anything like this Google can track is used, a data analyst would use the same things in an MLR. Likely the same result. Have done this exact thing as a data analyst project.

What ...? First off risk reward is super common in evaluating any type of monetary situation. Secondly this really comes down to the fact that they are rewarded based on how much money the tournament makes... And the men's tournament makes alot more, by no small factor. The men's team gets 9% of it and the woman's get 13%>

Getting performance bonuses is VERY different from getting a negotiated salary lol..... VERY different. Why would negotiating power play a role in performance bonus....? And you think some men don't avoid the team for that exact reason...? You don't think the risk reward isn't there for that reason in some cases, whereas in the woman's case it is ALWAYS worth it ? How many woman are playing below their club rate?

What's the question.... ? I believe explaining that you get paid based on the salary you already earn is a pretty simple concept. If I have to hire someone once every 4 years who makes little to no money, and I have to hire another person every 4 years who makes good money.... One of them has more negotiating power than the other.

They only play the world cup once every four years.... The woman's soccer clubs are almost never watched and are rarely on TV... Mens have a solid viewer base and are always on TV. If you want to get athletes from a league that pays more... You pay more. It's kinda simple.

Only for world cup games. If you want to get men from a league where they make a good amount of money you have to compensate them for that... If you want to take a bunch of woman from a league that makes no money, you're going to pay less. Woman's world cup is the only woman's soccer that gets any ratings.

Only during the world cup... If you want to get men to play that are in a more popular league you have to pay them more. Woman's world cup is the only time the woman get any ratings... The mens regular league is watched year round, meaning the salary they expect is higher.

That's because the men's soccer clubs they come from are MUCH more popular. To get players from those clubs that pay them more, they expect more. Woman's world cup is literally the only woman's soccer Event that gets any viewers. Men's soccer is watched all year.
