2	Proof that when rape is accused, the man is guilty until proven innocent. It took concrete proof to free this man after 22 years who was sent to jail on the mere words of a woman. The council is also fighting to not pay him a cent of the 18M damages he won. This is something extremely relevant to me. My brother was sent away for 6 years for a rape that he was accused of but most definitely didn't commit. He was sent to a half way house after the trial, thank god. But then he failed a lie detector test. And then they retried him for the same crime, with a different judge. This judge sent him to prison.
