Eastern European here and I 100% agree that men here are more open to the idea of their wives being a housewife or a stay-at-home-mom. but early in a relationship when both are young they cannot really afford to manage a one-income household, and yet men typically expect women to do the lion share of managing the household even if both are still working full-time. But once they have kids women typically stay at home for a longer period or stay at home forever. I just wanted to mention this if so…

*For context, I am from Europe, where I live education is mostly free and not heavily influenced by political agenda. Honestly I was feeling sorry for those husbands… poor souls were probably trying their best to make their wives happy but they found themselves in a huge conflict because… they cannot read minds? They didnt do something that their wives told them to do in their minds (called imaginary delegation)? They picked a gift that their wives didnt like (how ridicolously it even sounds!)?

Oh, and the number of posts on Mother’s Day moms complaining about not getting what they wanted without actually telling their husbands what they wanted was insane I got a few downvotes by trying to explain to those ladies that maybe having an actual conversation with their husbands (who are most likely good guys and not the horrible piece of sh*t they described) would help rather than asking man hating strangers online…
