I'd also add that if you need to talk privately, you can do so in a public place (e.g. an atrium, on walk, meeting room with glass walls or getting coffee on a patio), where you can be seen but not heard. Although in a male dominated industry my entire team is female except myself. I wish I could upvote this and others more. Also getting married young means you will be building not only your family but his career together, so look for qualities and not just the fruits of those qualities. The fruits will follow because "whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap."
